On Friday afternoon, turbulence caused injuries to three people, one of whom was transported to a hospital, and two
others were evaluated for their conditions. The flight was bound for Salt Lake City.
Delta Flight 394 was headed from Orlando to Salt Lake City when the Airbus A321 encountered some light turbulence,
according to a spokeswoman for the airline. The flight had 143 passengers and six crew members on board.
There was no information provided about the nature of the injuries sustained by the passenger or the
passenger’s current status after they were taken to the hospital.
