TOPEKA (KSNT) – The person who died Thursday in Topeka while riding a bike at the corner of 4th Street and Kansas Avenue has been identified by the police.

On September 1, Bridget Ann Musser, who was 37, was killed. At 1:31 p.m., the 4th Street and Kansas Avenue intersection was called to report an accident between a commercial truck and a bicyclist. One person was found in the road, and they were declared dead at the scene.
Paul Howe, a senior manager at Waste Management, told 27 News the following about what was going on:
“We were upset to hear about this bad thing,” Howe wrote. “WM is helping the Topeka Police Department look into what happened here. Any info will be given out by the authorities.”
